These terms and conditions, together with any other written information brought to your attention before we confirm your booking, shall form the basis of your contract and booking with Scotland Guided Tours (LMB Executive Travel LTD, SC593505). Costs

• Single day itineraries: Tour rates are seasonal variable.

• Multi-day itineraries: Overnight surcharges are payable on top of the daily rate.

• Deposit: 25% deposit required up-front to secure your reservation. The deposit payment is made via a secure online payment system.

• Balancing payment: Payment is completed at the end of the tour - cash or card payments accepted.

• Cancellation: Cancellations with full refund of deposit are accepted up until 7 days prior to departure.

• What is not included:

o Lunch/dinner

o Accommodation for multi-day tours

o Admission fees to attractions, castles, whisky distillery tours, sightseeing boat trips.

o Ferry charges to islands
