These terms and conditions, together with any other written information brought to your attention before we confirm your booking, shall form the basis of your contract and booking with Scotland Guided Tours (LMB Executive Travel LTD, SC593505). Costs

• Single day itineraries: Tour rates are seasonally variable and will be discussed and agreed upon with the tour coordinator prior to booking.

• Multi-day itineraries: Overnight surcharges are payable on top of the daily rate.

• Deposit: 25% deposit required up-front to secure your reservation for day trips and multi day trips. The deposit payment is made via a secure online payment system. Payment is completed at the end of the tour - cash or card payments accepted.

• Deposit: For packaged multi-day tours full-payment is required up front.

• Cancellation: Cancellations with full refund of deposit are accepted up until 4 weeks prior to departure.
